Jayme, a lifetime resident of Hollister, has been in the insurance business since 1979 and is a licensed Agent/Broker. She currently manages the Calvista Agency office and serves as the President.

Jayme is very involved in the community insurance industry. She currently is a member and past President of Hollister Rotary; current board of director of San Benito County Saddle Horse Assoc., member of the San Benito County Cattlewomen, Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of California (IIABCal), California Association of Boutique & Breakfast Inns (CABBI), Hollister Downtown Association, SBC Chamber of Commerce where she was nominated as Woman of the Year 2019 & Business of the Year 2017.

Roxanne specializes in the personal lines insurance segment of Calvista. She began working in the insurance industry in 1997 in personal lines. In 2007 she transitioned to commercial lines handling small business accounts. Her experience with both commercial and personal accounts allows her to analysis the insurance needs of her customers.

She recently completed the Certified Personal Lines Insurance Program and is now designated with a certificate of PLIC.

Roxanne lives in the community with her family and is Spanish speaking.

Darbie Ricotti, ACSR, CISR

Darbie began her insurance career as a receptionist at a local insurance agency.  The knowledge she gained, lead her to becoming a Personal Lines Account Representative.   In 2004 she became part of a Commercial Lines Team, where she has handled all types of commercial lines accounts including agricultural accounts, and small business accounts.

As a licensed Agent/Broker she obtained the designation of Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR) and is also a member of the Society of Certified Insurance Representative (CISR).

She is involved in her community as a member of the San Benito Cattlewomen and has been active in many other local and insurance groups.

Cheri Schmidt

Cheri has worked in the insurance industry since 2001. She is a licensed agent and manages the accounting, oversees operations and serves as an officer and director of the agency.

Cheri’s previously worked in public accounting where she audited insurance companies. Her move to the insurance industry has lead to many facets of the field including agency relations, marketing, reinsurance and regulations. Working with the California Department of Insurance has given her specialized insight into agency operations and challenges.

Cheri serves as Vice-President of the Northern California Chapter of Insurance Accounting and Systems Association, she is a board member and Chief Operations Officer of California Mutual Insurance Company, a member of Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of California, and previously served as a trustee of Southside School District.
